About Social Sector Leaders Program
The Social Sector Leadership Program is a one-year selective track for a cohort of undergraduate students. This program is intended for students interested in deepening their understanding of the complexity of social problems; while developing their professional capacity to effectively drive social change. Selected students will attend exclusive faculty and employer workshops and learn from experienced professionals about social problems, assist with organizational change by applying their knowledge in internship opportunities, partake in domestic or global treks to gain firsthand knowledge on what social service organizations are doing in the field.

Application
Interested applicants should submit their resume and cover letter which should answer the following questions: 1) What area(s) of the Social Sector are you most interested in exploring and why? 2) Why are you interested in becoming a member of the Social Sector Leaders Program and how will it contribute to your professional development?

Program Requirements
Students are encouraged to complete the Social Service Administration (SSA) courses for their selected area of focus. Students must attend at least one workshop per quarter during your time in the Social Sector Leaders Program and one trek opportunity. Students must also participate in the Social Sector Leadership Competition.
