• Product Expertise for a Greener Future: Become an authority on our environmentally friendly product offerings. Attend training sessions with a focus on sustainability to enhance our portfolio’s contribution to a greener planet.
• Effective Eco-Communication: Serve as a crucial link in conveying our green initiatives and product benefits to customers, aiding the sales team by providing information through various channels in a timely and accurate manner.
• Knowledge Sharing and Networking: Actively participate in local ASHRAE meetings, tradeshows, factory trainings, national conferences, and lunch-and-learns. These activities enhance our presence in the eco-conscious market and foster continuous learning.
